In this difficult time, it’s not only important to look after your physical health but mental health too. It has been 2 months since our nation went into lockdown and many of us are finding it difficult to be apart from our loved ones.

With that in mind, we can put you in touch with Mel Thomas, a local BACP qualified counsellor, who is offering free sessions to during the coronavirus pandemic to constituents. More information about his services can be found here.

To be put in touch, please visit the “I need help or support” page from the Coronavirus menu or by clicking here and clicking the "support with counselling" button.

For more mental health support, you can visit Mind's coronavirus support page by clicking here.
